Passive training offers fully motorized movement, allowing muscles to relax and build up strength appropriately;

Motor supported active training (ServoCycling) combines motorized movement and resistance, which can be adjusted incrementally, with the users’ own muscle power, allowing them to maintain and then strengthen their muscle tone.
